  We, and several other families who have used Holly Springs Funeral Home, owned by the Thomas Family, have had to go elsewhere to get markers for our loved ones' graves. The Thomas's told one of my relatives that "They didn't have time to meet her at the cemetary to talk about a marker for her mother (who has been dead for a year now). So she has gone elsewhere. My family has been trying since January '08 to get a marker for a family member, and they NEVER return our calls. We are also going elsewhere.
  
  Anybody want to open another funeral home here in Holly Springs? I'm sure you'd have plenty of business and provide much needed competition.

  The Holly Springs Funeral Home and the Thomas family running it has been serving my family for over 50 years. They are very professional and caring. I would not recommend anywhere else.

  Negligent, Unprofessional & Unethical conduct. Lack of Compassion & Empathy. Do NOT have your loved one's funeral here. Your worse day will be even more upsetting if you do. Obituary didn't get posted to their website until the day after the services. We are filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & Funeral Consumers Alliance.

  My father's funeral was there 6 years ago. No worries, problems or issues. All of my family members have used their services. All went well for them as well. It's tough to loose someone close, making the best of a bad thing is up to the individual not facility. The Thomas's work hard to strive for families to be happy and loved ones to come back if needed. I have entrusted my father, uncles and aunts to them, with no regrets.
  Some folks can't be pleased either........
